04.Jr. Technical Assistant: 107 post
05.Assistant Engineer: 10 post

Qualification:

Management Trainee(General): Candidates must posses Degree with 1st class MBA,specialization in personnel Management or HR or Industrial Relation or Marketing Management or Supply chain management from recognized University/Institute.
Management Trainee(Accounts): Candidates must posses Degree with 1st class MBA in Finance or a pass in final examination of Institute of chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India or pass in Associate Company Secretary from recognized University/Institute.
Accountant: Candidates must posses Degree of B.Com or BA (Commerce) or CA or CWA or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit.
Jr. Technical Assistant: Candidates must posses Degree in agriculture or with zoology, chemistry or Bio-chemistry as one of the subjects.
Assistant Engineer: Candidates must posses Degree in civil engineering.
Working knowledge of computer for all the post will be an added advantage.

Pay-Scale:

Management Trainee(General): Rs. 20600-46500/- (Gross Emoluments: Rs. 38213)
Management Trainee(Accounts): Rs. 20600-46500/- (Gross Emoluments: Rs. 38213)
Accountant: Rs. 16400-40500/- (Gross Emoluments: Rs. 30422 + perks & Allowances)
Jr. Technical Assistant: 10500-28690/- (Gross Emoluments: Rs. 19478 + perks & Allowances)
Assistant Engineer: 16400-40500/- (Gross Emoluments: Rs. 30422 + perks & Allowances)

Age:

Candidates maximum age should be 28 years for the post no. 1,2,4 and 30 years for the post no. 3 & 5 as on 14.01.2014. Age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per Government norms.

Selection Procedure:

Selection of candidates based on performance in objective test of relative subjects, aptitude and personal Interview.
