After successfully submitting the application, candidate must send hard copy of application form along with the self addressed cover with postal stamps worth Rs. 25/- and a self Addressed post card, Attested copies of MBBS/PG degree /Pg diploma certificate, SSC certificate, Study certificate. cast certificate etc. and bank draft enclosed in an envelope superscribed as mentioned in notification should reach to the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhan Parishad, Sultan Bazar, Koti, A.P., Hyderabad on or before 27.12.2013.
